When you use FindMyHospital, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, and medical history you choose to upload — along with usage data like searches, bookings, and reviews you submit.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the platform: matching you with hospitals and doctors, processing appointment requests, showing personalized recommendations, and communicating booking or account updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Medical history & sensitive data

Documents and medical history you upload are treated as sensitive data. Access is restricted to you and the hospital/doctor you explicitly share it with as part of a booking or consult.

4. Sharing with hospitals & doctors

When you book an appointment or request a consult, relevant details (name, contact information, and the information you choose to share) are passed to the hospital or doctor you selected so they can act on your request.

5. Data retention

We do not retain your personal data or uploaded medical documents beyond what's needed to operate your account. Data is kept only while your account is active; once you delete your account, we remove your personal data and documents promptly. We may keep minimal records where required by law (e.g. billing or fraud-prevention records).

6. Your choices & data deletion

You can review and update your account information and uploaded documents from your profile at any time. To request deletion of your account and personal data, email info@findmyhospital.app with your registered email address — we will delete your data and confirm once it has been removed.
