1. Using FindMyHospital

FindMyHospital is a directory and discovery platform that helps you find, compare, and connect with hospitals and doctors. We are not a healthcare provider — clinical decisions and treatment are the responsibility of the hospital or doctor you choose.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit, including reviews and medical history you choose to upload.

3. Bookings & offers

Appointment requests and offer codes made through the platform are facilitated between you and the listed hospital or doctor. Availability, pricing, and offer terms are set by the hospital and may change without notice.

4. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate applicable law.

5. Emergency use

FindMyHospital's ambulance/emergency request feature is a convenience for non-critical dispatch requests and should not be relied on as a substitute for calling local emergency services in a life-threatening situation.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep hospital and doctor information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party listings, and are not liable for the quality of care provided by any listed hospital or doctor.
